Shipping Policy

We ship with FEDEX daily. We have other shipping options available but rest assured, your item will be ship insured and adult signature required. At No point can we ship without the signature of the recipient. If there is an issue in shipping and the item is lost or damaged, we will happily replace it at no cost to you, providing you have done your part to help find the package and have played No part in it being lost or damaged. If the item is lost or damaged due to your neglect, direct or indirect actions, we will not be responsible for the replacement. Ultimately, we want happy customers. We will do everything we can reasonably do to insure your items arrive safe and on time.
